Love yourself by giving yourself this moment.

Remember that your well-being is a priority.

By taking this moment to welcome change,

You open yourself to possibility.

Find a position that feels comfortable to you.

Gently close your eyes or allow them to softly focus on the ground ahead of you.

Let yourself become as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
