Welcome to this quick lift laugh and tap for stress relief,

Which combines laughter yoga and tapping to help lower cortisol levels.

Begin tapping on the karate chop point and repeat after me.

Even though I have so much stress,

I accept how I feel and I'm open to letting it go now.

Eyebrow point.

I feel so much stress.

Side of the eye.

Everything going on is so stressful.

Under the eye.

All this stress is overwhelming.

Under the nose.

I feel overwhelmed.

Dip of the chin.

This overwhelming stress.

Collarbone.

But what if I can lower the release of stress hormones?

Under the arm,

Maybe tapping and laughter can help me relieve some of this stress.

Top of the head.

Maybe I can let go of this stress.

Eyebrow point.

Now gently laugh to help lower cortisol levels.

Side of the eye.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Under the eye.

Ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho.

Under the nose.

He he he he he he he he he he he he he.

Dip of the chin.

Collarbone.

Under the arm.

Top of the head.

Let's go back to the karate chop point and say,

I let go of all my stress.
