Welcome to this quick lift,

Laugh,

And tap,

Which combines laughter yoga and tapping.

Begin tapping on the karate chop point and repeat after me.

Even though I don't feel like laughing,

I'm open to releasing any resistance to laughter now.

Eyebrow point,

Releasing any resistance to laughter now.

Side of the eye,

Releasing resistance to laughter.

Under the eye,

Releasing resistance.

Under the nose,

Releasing.

Dip of the chin,

Release.

Collarbone,

Release.

Under the arm,

I choose to laugh unconditionally.

Top of the head,

I choose to laugh.

Now gently laugh and continue to release resistance.

Side of the eye,

Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Under the eye,

Ho ho ho.

Under the nose,

He he he he he he he.

Dip of the chin,

Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Under the arm,
