Welcome to this I Am Affirmations for Anxiety Relief.

Positive affirmations can help disrupt the negative thought patterns that feed anxiety and shift our thoughts in a healthy direction.

Join me in saying each of the following affirmations three times out loud or in your head.

Say each statement with focused energy and deep emotion.

The more you feel and connect to each statement,

The more rooted they will become.

We will end with a one minute laughter meditation because intentional laughter decreases cortisol,

Reduces stress,

And builds a positive resilient mental state.

Create a 40 day affirmation habit by listening for 40 days in a row.

Listen while commuting to work,

Taking a walk,

Doing chores,

Or whenever it's convenient for you.

This will water the affirmation seeds,

Nurturing them to grow and become your deep rooted beliefs.
