Take 1 minute for guided coherent breathing to the beat of a drum. Breathe 5.5 seconds in through your nose and 5.5 seconds out through your nose. This breathing technique is also called resonant breathing. Practicing coherent breathing helps reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. After doing it for 1 minute, keep going. 5-10 minutes per day is recommended.

Awesome, loved this!! Also can be a way to practice feeling groups of 11 notes or 11 time signatures (musicians will know what I'm talking about ๐Ÿค“)

Helped with focus and concentrating on breath The drum volume is just right. I would take out the 5.5 breath sentence in beginning though

I like the idea to do breathing with drumming. For me, at the time I chose to try it it was a little too fast passed for me but I'm general I think it's great maybe offer another one of the same but have a slower paced 5.5 seconds and title each of them differently...ex. faster more energizing and a slower more calming so ppl can choose which one they like for the moment
