Welcome to this one hour guided meditation to calm the nervous system,
To take a break from the world,
And to cleanse and heal all of the chakras.
Begin by making yourself comfortable,
Whatever that looks like for you,
Lying down,
Sitting,
Making those adjustments to your body,
Your hands,
Your arms,
To find a comfortable position for you right now.
And as you do so,
Bring your awareness to your breath,
And begin to feel the inhale coming in through your nose,
Deeply filling your lungs,
And then releasing,
Relaxing exhale through your mouth.
Continue to inhale through your nose,
Just enjoying how good this feels,
Enjoying the feeling of breath and air coming in,
Bringing a sense of peace,
And then as you exhale,
Becoming a little more relaxed each and every time.
And as you inhale,
Imagining that each breath is so satiating,
So delicious,
Feels so good as it comes in,
Filling you from head to toe with everything you could possibly need or want.
And the exhale,
The release,
Feels so good and relaxing.
Every exhale,
Your muscles melt.
You can't wait for your next breath and your next inhale to fill you up with contentment and peace from head to toe.
And now imagine with me that the air where you are,
Filling your room,
And that everything in the room is a beautiful,
Brilliant,
Vibrant,
Powerfully healing white light.
And you begin to deeply inhale this healing white light into your lungs,
Your belly,
Your chest,
And your heart,
Feeling its warmth and vibrancy.
And your exhale brings you a little deeper into relaxation.
And now bringing in more of this powerfully healing,
Beautiful,
Brilliant white light.
As you can see and feel and watch it flowing throughout your entire body,
You feel a sense of peace and warmth flood over you,
All your muscles,
Your bones,
Every single cell.
And every breath,
You see this white light becoming more and more brilliant.
You become a little more peaceful and more content and enjoying every single moment.
And on your next inhale,
Imagine bringing in this beautiful white light and just mellowing into every tiny muscle of your body,
Allowing those muscles to completely melt and relax.
Flowing into the tiny muscles in your cheeks,
In your ears,
Between your eyes,
Outside of your eyes,
Your eyebrows and your forehead,
Melt and relax down.
And now this white light flows upward into your head,
Your mind,
Your brain begins to fall into relaxation as it fills with this brilliant,
Vibrant white light.
Your thoughts begin to slow and come to stillness as you give your brain permission to take a break.
Because right now,
And for the next little bit,
There's no need to think.
There's no thoughts.
There's nowhere to go and nowhere to be,
Except simply in this moment,
Enjoy the breath and the sounds in your contentment and peace.
And again,
Deeply inhale this beautiful,
Healing,
Brilliant,
Vibrant white light deeply into your body.
And this time,
Feeling and seeing the white light flowing down over your shoulders and your neck,
Where we hold so much tension.
And the white light relaxes your shoulder muscles,
Feeling the muscles become heavy and fall down away from the bone.
The white light flows down over your shoulders,
Over your arms and elbows,
Your forearms and your hands.
Your next inhale,
Breathing in the white light and just allowing it to flow.
Starting at the back of your neck,
Down your back,
Slowly through your spine,
Every vertebra of your spine,
Blowing down back and forth over every muscle.
When you feel the muscles of your back,
Let go,
Release and fall heavy.
Down over your hips,
Slowly,
Over your thighs and your knees,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Ankles and your feet.
And now,
Your entire body is encompassed by,
Throughout and within with this amazingly beautiful,
Healing white light.
And in this bubble of white light,
You are safe,
Content and completely engrossed in this moment of peace.
And as your focus wanders to the healing sounds,
Imagine the vibrations and frequencies of the music and of the sounds.
Also,
As a beautiful light,
Perhaps the color is another color besides white and you hold this frequency of whatever color comes to you and allow the vibrations of sound to become that color and allow the color to wash over you.
Simply observing the color as it fills you up,
Because that is the healing color that you need right now.
Allowing your entire body,
Your physical body,
Energetic body to glow and be absorbed by this brilliant healing color that you need today,
Right now and in this moment.
And any color that comes to you,
Simply allowing it to wash over you and observing that color flow in and out and through you.
And now,
As the therapeutic drumming comes in,
Your brain begins to move in waves,
In rhythm and in time with these beautiful,
Relaxing,
Soothing rhythms.
Imagining this gentle rhythm lulling your brain into a slow,
Soft place of contentment and peace.
As your brain is now soft,
Melted,
Flowing,
It has become a different state of being.
As you sink deeper and deeper into this meditation,
Allowing everything to become still.
And now imagine at the very top of your head is an opening.
Liquid light begins to enter in through this opening at the crown of your head.
A beautiful,
Sacred,
Healing river of golden liquid light begins to flow in through the every inch of your brain and your mind,
Your head,
Downwards,
Slowly trickling through your face.
And it feels so good.
It feels so relaxing as you allow it to slowly flow over every muscle,
Skin,
Your enemies.
Becoming in tune with this golden light.
And as it slowly flows and moves its way down through you,
It is cleansing and healing every single cell,
Allowing every cell to glow with the most vibrant frequency available.
A gift from the spirit world.
And you know and can feel that the healing gift of this golden liquid light is yours and always available to you.
And in this moment,
You are fully embracing this healing gift as it flows down over your neck,
Relaxing those tense muscles of your neck and your shoulders.
Flowing over you,
In,
Throughout,
Weaving its way to every muscle,
Allowing your energies to vibrate and to glow and to heal.
And this channel of golden light,
This liquid light of healing and love.
So now in addition to the peace of the white light,
You now have this golden liquid light simultaneously running through you.
And you're filled with gratitude and contentment.
And now your brain sighs a deep sigh.
And as the soothing rhythms lull you into a deeper state of meditation,
You begin to visualize a beautiful meadow.
And in this meadow,
A clearing comes before you.
And around the clearing is the most beautiful,
Lush,
Alive forest of trees filled with birds.
And you can hear their gorgeous,
Lovely bird song.
And you smile a little,
Enjoying their music.
A gentle breeze moves through the air and touches your skin.
And the temperature is simply perfect as you feel the wind through your hair and on your skin.
The sun is shining.
As you look up,
Spread your arms,
Embracing the golden light of the sun.
And you can feel the earth beneath your feet.
Soft and warm and alive as the bottoms of your feet connect deeply with the earth.
Feeling the energy of Mother Earth coming up through the soles of your feet as you embrace the light of the sun.
And you can hear the beautiful bird song in your ears.
And the gentle breeze feeling so good.
And you slowly open your eyes and see a clearing in the forest.
A trail that you would like to begin to walk down.
As you slowly begin to walk towards this path,
You feel a sense of wonder and happiness.
Step by step,
You make your way.
And on this path,
You know that you are on your way to your heart's desires and your dreams and your ultimate happiness.
And as you wander down this path,
You come to a huge stone staircase that's leading down.
And this staircase is very wide and composed of old stones that you know have been there for many hundreds of years.
And you have a sense,
Energetically,
That many souls have traveled down this staircase.
And in the distance,
You begin to hear the ocean and the sound of waves.
And you become engrossed with the beauty of the sounds.
And slowly begin to take steps down.
As you take one step down,
Close your eyes and focus on the serenity of the sounds of the ocean waves.
The waves begin to make their way deep into your soul,
Deep into your energetic body.
And you take another step down.
And now you slowly begin to take more steps.
Still very slowly.
Placing each foot down carefully and thoughtfully.
Taking your time.
Because you are in no rush at all.
And each step down you take so carefully and mindfully,
You're still enjoying that beautiful breeze on your skin.
As it flows across your face and your hair.
Still enjoying the energy and aliveness of this beautiful lush forest.
And the soothing beautiful birdsong that continues in the distance.
Slowly,
Step by step,
You see that you are nearing the landing that is sand.
The most beautiful beach you have ever seen.
The sand is so clean.
And looks so inviting for your bare feet.
Slowly making your way down.
You are closer to this beautiful expanse of ocean that begins to come into view.
And it is the most clear,
Vibrant,
Beautiful blue,
Green color.
The beach is empty.
And you are filled with peace at its sight.
You have five more steps down to go.
As you count each step left.
Five.
Three.
Two.
One.
Your foot placing itself on the sand.
And the sand is a perfect warm temperature.
And now you begin to sink your toes and your feet into this beautiful warm sand that is the perfect temperature.
And you slowly begin to walk across the sand at dusk.
You see the sun is setting.
And in the distance,
The sun is setting.
Behind a mountain.
And as you look across at the ocean,
You see the colors begin to make their way out on the horizon.
The most beautiful sunset colors you have ever seen.
Slowly pinks,
Yellows,
Violets,
Streaks of yellow orange make their way across the sky in this beautiful tapestry.
And you have to sit down in the sand.
And your feet are near the water so that the ocean waves gently make their way onto your feet.
The waves washing up onto your feet and then back.
As you sit and enjoy this amazingly beautiful sunset.
And you are overcome with the beauty so you lay down,
You lie your back down,
Looking up at the sky overhead.
And one of the colors stands out to you.
And this color,
You begin to breathe it into your body.
And now the sun has set and you open your eyes.
Gently,
Slowly sitting back up and making your way to your feet.
As you begin to walk back to the staircase.
Feeling so fulfilled and at peace.
From the healing you have received from the ocean and its gifts.
And the vibrant healing colors of this sunset.
You are filled with gratitude and love and peace.
Knowing that you are now walking back and away from this setting with the highest vibration.
Filled with love and gratitude you walk slowly back to the bottom of the stone staircase.
And you begin to slowly step one foot by one up the staircase.
Beginning to feel the balmy air of the forest that is ahead of you.
And slowly as you walk up,
You become surrounded now by the forest again and the beautiful green of the trees.
And you look around and notice all of the different shades of green.
And they become incredibly vibrant.
All the soft shades of light to dark green begin to fill you up and surround you.
And as you are slowly taking one step after the other,
Your heart becomes completely filled up with this green light energy.
The forest and its healing color and healing energy completely fills you up.
You feel that your heart is expanding,
Your chest begins to open wide.
And with this openness you are absorbing every single bit.
Amazing healing energy of the forest and this green light begins to grow inside your chest.
A small ball of green glowing light in your chest is so beautiful.
And you can see and feel it begin to slowly open,
Slowly vibrate bigger and bigger.
Expanding around your body until it expands into the forest around you.
And now you have only a few more steps to go until you are back to the forest floor.

Both feet are now planted on the earth of the forest floor.
And you look to your right and there is a tall beautiful oak tree.
And it calls to you.
So you take a couple steps over to this tree and wrap your arms around it.
You have felt that you have been given permission and summoned to share energy with this oak tree.
And as you feel your arms wrap around this beautiful tree and your heart and your chest and your body make contact with the root of the trunk.
You are completely in this moment sharing energy with this tree.
And this tree is giving you a gift.
A gift of mother nature.
The frequency of nature and the wisdom of the tree is rooted,
Connected to all.
And you too are part of this connection.
And in this moment you gain the wisdom of this beautiful old tree in its stillness.
And as you share energy,
You now take a moment to speak how you feel.
Speak what is in your heart.
And take a few moments to silently speak in your head.
Without trying.
Simply allowing the words in your head to form.
Giving these words to the tree,
To the forest.
Thank you tree.
Thank you universe.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I love you.
And now you allow your arms to let go as you say one more thank you for sharing energy.
You slowly begin to make your way down the path.
Again enjoying the feeling of the beautiful breeze.
The beautiful song of the birds.
And feeling so free and light like you never have in your entire life.
So incredibly grateful for this journey.
And as you walk down the path,
You realize the simplicity of this journey.
And that what made the journey so wonderful and great was simply your presence.
Simply your awareness and the ability to enjoy every aspect of it.
Taking notice of every detail.
And bringing those details into your heart,
Into your energy field.
Fully appreciating every aspect available to you.
And as you realize this fact,
Become filled with joy.
Because the ability to do this is always an option.
And you begin to notice above you that the canopy of trees and branches and leaves are beginning to open as the sun begins to shine through.
Beams and cracks of light shining over you.
It has a magical quality.
And as you look up at this,
It's so beautiful and you know it is magical.
Because in this state,
You have released all and therefore you are open to receive the magic that is all around you.
And now you see you've reached the end of the trail and see the clearing ahead of you.
And as you step into this clearing,
You see the perfect place to lie down in the grass.
And as you make your way down,
Feeling so full of gratitude,
You are excited to lie down and take a break to relax your body and your muscles.
And for a little bit to simply be and absorb the beauty of the moment.
And now beautiful soul,
It is time to come back from this amazing place.
But bringing back all of the gifts with us as they have absorbed themselves into our being.
Begin by wiggling your fingers and your toes ever so gently.
And placing your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your left,
Take a moment here to fill your heart space with love and gratitude.
Sending that high vibration out.
Perhaps up to your higher power,
Your spirit guides.
Or just someone who's on your mind today,
Just sending that loving energy out.
You have created a column of loving energy moving outwards and now imagine that column of energy reversing direction.
And the universal love,
Unconditional love from the spirit world and your higher power is now moving through this column into your heart space.
Filling you up from head to toe with all the love in the world,
All the love from the universe that is yours.
Receiving.
And now you can release your hands back to your sides.
And this time you can roll your wrists and your ankles,
Moving a little bit more into the body.
And to end the session,
I will lead you through three cleansing breaths.
Step one,
Please exhale all of your air through your mouth.
Empty your lungs.
Now inhale slowly and fully through your nose.
Two,
Fill your lungs.
Three,
Four,
When you're totally full,
Hold at the top.
Scan your body for anything negative,
Anything stuck.
Anything you no longer need will flush out in a big,
Fast,
Huge,
Releasing exhale now.
Again,
Inhale through your nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Fill up your lungs completely and hold.
And flush it out.
Last one.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold at the top.
And let it go.
