
Rest Is Already Here

This session is for those who sit down to rest, yet find themselves still doing. Rather than adding another method, it points to the moment when doing stops on its own. There is no need to control the breath, adjust the body, or follow thought. What is already here is allowed to remain, just as it is. As effort softens, the body settles and the mind no longer needs to manage the moment. Nothing needs to be achieved. Nothing needs to be changed. This is simply an invitation to stop interfering — and to remain with what is already here. Suitable for all levels, especially for those who feel meditation has become another form of effort. Please note: This session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
