
Meditation Like Being With Someone You Love

This guided meditation invites a different way of being. Rather than trying to do meditation correctly, you are invited to sit as you would with someone you love — not achieving anything, not improving anything, simply being there. There is no need to control the breath, change thoughts, or focus in a particular way. What is already happening is allowed to remain, just as it is. Thoughts may arise. Sensations may shift. Nothing needs to be adjusted or resolved. This session is especially supportive for those who feel caught in trying or doing meditation “the right way.” Please note: this session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
