Just begin to gently flutter your eyes closed and begin to focus on your breaths.
Taking an inhale through the nose and an exhale out the mouth.
Just allowing this rhythm of breathing to begin to guide you into this practice.
As you inhale feeling that belly expand almost like you're blowing up a balloon.
And on that exhale allowing that balloon to deflate and imagining that your belly is pulling in to meet the back of your spine.
Continuing that breath inhale and the exhale.
And if it feels available to you I invite you to move your hands to your belly to really feel this breath as you breathe in and breathe out.
Again filling up that belly on the inhale.
And just letting everything go on that exhale.
And as we continue these breaths here just taking a moment to know that everything is okay.
In this moment you are alive,
You're breathing.
You are here in this physical space and you are so divinely supported and loved.
You're loved and supported by the universe,
By those around you.
Near or far there are so many people who are sending you their love and their support right now.
So know in this moment no matter where you are,
No matter what is going on,
You are not alone.
You are not alone and all is well.
All is well.
All is well.
No matter what happens all will continue to be well.
You're divinely supported on this journey.
You are always in alignment with your highest good.
There is so much good unfolding for you.
There is so much good ahead for you.
And I invite you to just breathe this energy in.
Imagining that you are filling that belly up with a beautiful golden light.
The golden light containing all this love and support and beautiful affirmation that is always around us.
And as you exhale you're making space.
Letting this gold light travel through your body.
Letting it melt down your hips and your legs.
All the way down to your feet until it reaches the tips of your toes.
Traveling upwards into your chest,
Across your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your fingers.
Up your neck,
Into your face,
Until it reaches the top of your head and sits atop like a golden halo.
With each breath this golden light travels further and further.
With each exhale we are creating more space for this light to enter us.
Rumi says the wound is the place where the light enters you.
And may all of the spaces that once contained wounds,
Healing or unhealed or in the process of healing now,
Let that all be filled up with this beautiful golden light.
May this light bring you confidence.
May it bring you abundance.
May it bring you joy and safety.
May it bring you the love that you so strongly desire and the support that you need.
It is all right here.

You can relax knowing that it is all right here.
With this light every single thing that you need is available to you.
For you now have the space to hold it,
To nurture it,
To wrap it in this beautiful gold light and know that it will continue to grow.
It will continue to be nourished and to be free.
It will continue to be nourished under this light,
Under your touch,
Under your intention.
No matter what happens we can go back to that idea that all is well.
All is well and all will continue to be well as life unfolds for us.
We breathe in this affirmation and on the exhale again creating space for it to be.
Letting go,
Releasing,
Releasing the fear,
Releasing the stress,
Releasing the chains that bind us in so many ways.
We give ourselves permission to let it go,
To let it go and to trust once again that all is well.
We take a few moments here to just take some deep breaths.
Allowing us the space for this gentle release.
So on the next few rounds of breath begin to repeat these affirmations after me,
Either silently in your head or out loud,
Whatever feels in alignment.
I am safe.
I am loved.
I am loved for who I am and I am safe to be me.
And I am safe to be me.
I am safe in my surroundings because I trust myself.
I trust myself.
I trust my internal guidance.
I trust my inner voice.
I trust that I am always being led where I need to go.
I'm exactly where I am supposed to be.
Everything is going to be okay.
I trust that I am powerful.
I trust that I am capable of achieving anything I desire.
It doesn't have to be done perfectly.
It doesn't have to be done well.
It doesn't have to be done well.
All that matters is that it gets done.
Each step brings me closer to where I want to be.
Each day brings me closer to my dreams.
I am a powerful being.
I am limitless.
I am a badass.
I can do anything.
And it's okay if things look hard right now.
Because I know I will get through them.
I've got this.
I can handle anything that's thrown my way.
Because I am powerful.

And I am authentically me.
I am my fullest expression of myself.
I am in alignment with all my desires.
And I trust my inner voice.
I trust the universe.
And I trust myself to release what I am ready to let go of.
And create space for something new.
I trust myself.

And most importantly,
I love myself.
Take a deep breath here.
And on your next breath,

Just wrap your arms around your shoulders and give yourself a hug.
Imagine that all of this warmth and love and support comes pouring into you.
See that gold light surround you like a vortex,
Sparkling and beautiful and protecting you.
Everything's going to be okay.
We're going to get through this.
Life is going to be so good.
And as you take these next few breaths with your hands around your shoulders,
I just want you to thank me for all the support that you've given me.
I just want you to thank yourself for being here,
For showing up,
For doing the damn work,
Because it takes guts.
And you are so amazing for doing this.
Let all that love and gratitude pour back into yourself now.
When you're ready,
Begin to gently move your hands off your shoulders and back into your lap or on your belly,
On your heart,
Wherever it feels best.
And know that you are so powerful.
You are so amazing.
And the work that we are doing today is only making the space for an even more beautiful tomorrow.
Take a couple more rounds of breath here.
And on your next round of breath,
Begin to bring the feeling back to your fingers and your toes,
Wiggling them slightly and moving them around.
Then draw that feeling up towards your neck and your shoulders as you begin to awaken these parts of your body.
And when you're ready,
Only when you're ready,
Begin to slowly open your eyes and return back to the present.
Know that there's no rush.
You may take all the time that you need.
