Infinite Gift (A Blessing)

Infinite Gift (a blessing) I passed over the landscape and saw so many shapes enclosing functions and shadow upon shadow of every tending or address. I put them somewhere around my own circumference, angles -- hardly obtuse and hardly an edge becoming softer with all this perception. I offer more of this light that holds us -- not to indicate it is mine to give, more that we have common shadows and I welcome the luminous toward you. From there you may discover more contours -- the world's and your own -- that give endless dimension to the panoply and the endless vista rolling out as infinite gift. Copyright (c) Theresa Henson

Transcript

I passed over the landscape and saw so many shapes,

Enclosing functions in shadow upon shadow of every tending or address.

I put them somewhere around my own circumference angles,

Hardly obtuse and hardly an edge becoming softer with all this perception.

I offer more of this light that holds us,

Not to indicate it is mine to give,

More that we have common shadows,

And I welcome the luminous toward you.

From there you may discover more contours,

The worlds in your own that give endless dimensions to the panoply and the vista rolling out as infinite gift.
