This trauma recovery worksheet offers practical, gentle strategies for survivors of childhood sexual abuse to reconnect with their bodies, build emotional safety, and support healing at their own pace. With reflection prompts on feelings and bodily sensations, an emotional safety plan, movement-based grounding tools, and guidance for nurturing meaning, the worksheet helps survivors regulate difficult emotions and reclaim a sense of control and empowerment in everyday life.


This worksheet can be used between therapy sessions or as a self-guided practice for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Encourage clients to move through the sections at their own pace. Starting with reconnecting to feelings and bodily sensations, building an emotional safety plan, and exploring grounding through movement and meaning. The reflection prompts work well in journaling, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care to support nervous system regulation, body-based awareness, and post-traumatic growth.
