Worksheet
The Body Image, New Beliefs & The Erotic Landscape Worksheet helps clients identify limiting sexual self-beliefs tied to body image, rewrite them into chosen narratives, and explore a broader, imagination-driven experience of eroticism. Developed in collaboration with couples therapist Esther Perel, this worksheet supports therapists in guiding clients beyond performance-based definitions of sex toward sensory awareness, self-acceptance, and renewed desire.

This worksheet combines belief reframing with sensory and imaginative exploration. Clients first identify the myths shaping their sexual self-perception and craft a new, chosen story rooted in self-compassion. The second half invites clients to widen their erotic landscape through prompts that explore desire, the senses, and what feels alive—making it an effective resource for in-session work or reflective practice between sessions.
This worksheet is ideal for clients navigating body image concerns, low desire, or disconnection from their sexuality. It's especially helpful for individuals or couples who feel constrained by performance-based definitions of sex and want to rebuild a more sensory, embodied, and imaginative relationship with intimacy.
