This piece is indicated for a spiritual relaxation and healing of the lumbosacral tract. In this "journey" I used 3 different melodies, sounds, frequencies and solfeggi. In the first 15 minutes, it is the introductory path to accustom the mind: I used Alpha waves at 12 HZ and solfeggio at 432 HZ. After that I used 15 to 45 minutes, Shaman's healing melody, water and breathing battery, beta waves at 22HZ and solfeggio at 174HZ for healing and sacral enhancement. The last 15 minutes are the healing.
