This meditation is designed to help you feel grateful, to remember all the good that happened, and experienced throughout your day. Gratitude is the path to freedom. Get your body into a comfortable position, take a deep breath, and let the day go. Remember all the beautiful things you've seen today, a smiling face, beautiful flowers, a sale on something you were going to buy anyway. Be thankful and love yourself.
