Welcome,

Get comfortable in your meditation space,

Spine fully erect,

Sitting upright,

Resting your hands in a position that feels comfortable to you.

Take a deep cleansing breath in and let it go,

Ground and center yourself,

Feel into your body with each cleansing breath.

Breathe in through your womb space.

Connect with her.

Feel her and let that breath go again.

Breathe deeply in through your womb space.

Right now,

You might even be guided to place your hands over her again,

Whatever feels safe in your body.

That is where you need to guide yourself.

This meditation is all about confidence,

Reclaiming your power,

Reconnecting with your body,

Your true essence,

Your true feminine power again,

Drop into your body,

Feel your body.

Notice any sensations or tingling feelings or rumblings.

Give them a little hello.

I see you.

Drop further into your body,

Further into your womb space.

What do you see in there?

Is it cold and dark and cramped?

Is it vast and open and expansive?

Is it dry?

Is it wet and humid?

Feel into the space as you feel into that space,

As you honor that space.

As we connect deeper with that space,

We're going to now go on a journey.

As you begin to venture down this staircase,

And as you get to the bottom of the stairs,

There is a door,

And as you open the door,

You see this woman standing there.

She's confident,

She's sexy,

She exudes radiant magnificence,

Her essence just pours out of her strength,

Power,

Confidence.

You're in awe of this woman standing in front of you,

And as you begin to notice more subtleties of this woman,

You realize as she reaches her hand out to you and says hello,

That it is you.

You take her hand and she invites you on a journey.

As you walk through this gorgeous lush forest,

Gorgeous green vegetation,

Flowers everywhere,

The smell,

Oh my goodness,

The smell,

The fragrance,

Sweetness.

She looks at you and she says,

I've been waiting for you,

I knew you were coming,

I just didn't know when.

I am so happy that you are here.

You look at her,

A little taken back,

You're still a little nervous,

A little scared,

A little afraid.

She can see this,

And she says,

There's no need to worry,

You're safe,

You're protected,

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for,

And as you continue down this path,

You see this gorgeous,

Gorgeous lake in front of you,

And you look down at the reflection.

It's the only reflection that's showing right now is yours,

And you look up at her,

And you look down at yourself,

And there's almost this level of disgust at the person you see looking back at you.

How did I let this happen?

How did I give my power away?

Where did my confidence go?

How did I let all this doubt,

All this fear,

All this anxiety,

All this trauma happen?

She grabs your hand and places a rock in it,

And tells you to throw the rock into the lake.

You take the rock from her hand,

And you throw it into the lake.

It ripples,

And ripples,

And she looks at you now,

And she says that version of you is gone.

She does not exist anymore.

You are strong,

You are confident,

You are brave,

You are resilient,

You are worthy and deserving of everything that it is that you desire.

She takes your hand again,

And you continue to venture around the lake,

And every time you look down,

You don't see anything.

You don't see your reflection.

You see the fish swimming,

You see the vegetation dancing in the water.

You feel your soul being cleansed,

Being purified.

You see all the trauma dissipating from your body.

You see all of the people you gave your power away to slowly,

Slowly getting deeper,

And deeper,

And deeper in the water.

They have no power over you anymore.

They have no control over you anymore.

The connection has been lost,

The cord has been cut,

It's been dissolved,

It does not exist anymore.

You look in front of you,

And there is this gorgeous house,

Glass windows everywhere,

Spectacular views of the forest,

The flowers,

The mountains,

The vegetation.

She invites you into this house,

And as you walk in,

The energy is so inviting.

She tells you to sit.

Again,

She reminds you that you're safe.

You are safe.

You enter,

You take a seat,

And she looks at you as she sits down across from you,

And says,

It is time,

Time for you to be this version of yourself,

Strong,

Competent,

Resilient,

No fox-given attitude,

Not feeling any guilt or shame for telling someone no.

She asks you to get up,

And to go get her a glass of water.

You look at her,

And you tell her no.

She smiles and says thank you.

You've just stood in your power.

You didn't want to get me that glass of water,

And you told me so.

Breathe.

Connect.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Again,

She asks.

She asks you to do something that you don't want to do,

And you tell her no.

She smiles and thanks you once again.

Every time you say no,

You're taking your power back.

Every time you stand up for yourself,

You're taking your power back.

She takes your hand,

And walks you over to a mirror.

As you're standing there in the mirror,

She leaves the room.

As she stands on the other side of the door,

She tells you to take all of your clothes off,

And to stand naked,

Looking at yourself in the mirror.

As you take off your clothes,

You stand there,

You look at yourself in the mirror.

You see all of your imperfections.

She asks for permission to enter the room.

You grant her that permission,

And she tells you the beauty that she sees standing before her.

The gorgeous body.

Those supple,

Luscious breaths.

Those curves.

She tells you to place your hands on your womb space.

To ask her what it is she needs,

What it is she wants.

As you place your hands there,

You feel in,

And she tells you exactly what it is she needs,

Exactly what it is she wants.

To be seen,

To be loved,

To be nurtured,

To be reconnected with.

To be asked,

To be asked for permission.

As you stand there,

You begin to tear.

You look at yourself.

You say,

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry for abandoning me.

I'm sorry for abandoning you.

I am sorry.

I am so deeply sorry.

I never meant to hurt you.

I am so sorry.

Please forgive me for what I have done to you.

I love you.

I never meant to hurt you.

Breathe.

Breathe deeply into your womb.

Breathe.

You hear,

You feel your womb space acknowledging that apology.

Opening and acknowledging every word that you've just said.

She thanks you.

You turn around and you see a gorgeous dress.

You put on the dress.

You look at yourself in the mirror.

And for the first time in a long time,

You feel sexy as fuck.

You look around and you see that you're the only person now in the room.

You open the door.

You look around the house.

And she's gone.

You look in the mirror.

Smile at yourself.

And as you're looking in the mirror,

You notice a note on the table.

You walk over to the table.

You look at the note.

And it says,

We are one.

You pick up the note.

You smile.

You fold it up.

You tuck it into your bra over your heart.

You walk out the door.

With confidence.

With a strut in your step.

As you make your way back down.

You see new horizons ahead of you.

You see another door.

As you open that door,

You turn around.

You look behind you.

You say thank you.

You walk through that door.

And you're back.

Back in your space.

Back in your home.

With a sense of competence.

Knowing that you are safe.

Everything that you do,

You are safe.

Every time you stand up for yourself,

You are safe.

You are safe.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel the confidence radiating through your body.

Feel the strength radiating through your body.

The magnificence.

The sexiness.

The gorgeous radiant being that you are has arrived.

You are safe.

You are confident.

You are powerful as fuck.
