A warm welcome to you.
It's my pleasure to guide you in today's short practice.
So beginning now by closing down your eyes and simply noticing your breath.
Being curious about the way it moves in and out of your body.
How your breath encourages your chest to rise and fall.
How your breath encourages your belly to move in and out.
Seeing how your breath provides you with a way home.
A way home to your inner world.
With each breath arriving into this moment a little more.
With each breath connecting with yourself a little more.
Softening across your eyes.
Your jaw.
Your entire face becoming soft.
Shoulders dropping.
Chest open.
Your hips and pelvis heavy.
Legs relaxed.
Arms at ease by your side.
And turning your lips slightly upwards into a gentle smile.
And as you rest here just noticing how even this faint smile allows you to connect with yourself in a more gentle way.
Noticing any sense of softening.
Of surrender.
And feels good to connect with yourself in this way.
Directing your breath into your heart or the center of your chest.
Breathing into your heart.
Breathing out of your heart.
Noticing any sense of warmth or relaxation.
From here simply asking your heart,
What is one thing I can let go of today in order to live with less stress and more happiness.
Being open to any thoughts,
Feelings or sensations that may emerge for you.
Breathing into this act of noticing.
And as you exhale letting go.
Letting go so that you may live with less stress and more happiness.
Noticing any sense of spaciousness or ease that has emerged from within this act of letting go.
From within this space you have created asking your heart,
What do I need to invite into my life in order to live with less stress and more happiness.
Being open to any thoughts,
Feelings or sensations that emerge.
Breathing these deep into your heart.
Setting yourself an intention now for how you would like to show up in the world.
Feeling this intention with one deep grateful breath.
Rubbing your hands together.
Feeling your own warmth.
Facing them on your cheeks.
Repeating silently after me,
I deserve to be happy.
When you are ready opening your eyes to the space you are in.
Hands back in your lap.
May you move through your day with a greater sense of purpose and direction.
