Finding Strength
We do really hard things. We move mountains. We are resilient. We all have a deep well of strength inside us that we can pull from. For some of us, it’s tucked away waiting to be tapped. For others, we use it again and again until it becomes like another muscle. Is this the right time for you to activate your strength? This nearly 12 minute piano instrumental meditation encourages you to look inside yourself and try to tap into your inner core. You can lie down, sit up with a bolster, or in a chair. Once you’ve tuned into your breath, you can move onto search for your inner determination. Hopefully this helps you on your journey to finding your finding strength.
