Sometimes It Rains
We look to nature for inspiration. A seed pops out of a flower into the soil, the rain comes to nourish it, then the sun helps it grow stronger into a seedling, then into its own fragile plant. Nature can serve that role for us as well. Some days we feel sunny and emotionally open. Other days, we need to take refuge from the storm, to recharge. This 9-minute meditation provides a cozy space to contemplate and meditate. You may customize your experience by choosing to lie down, sit on a bolster or a chair. This could be the beginning of a good nap. Whichever way you choose, know that it’ll be ok, that sometimes it rains.
