The Power To Forgive

Through many incarnations, each soul has created transgressions against others. Each transgression is recorded in the soul's physical body and carried over from incarnation to incarnation until the karmic debt is resolved. The only person who can truly forgive your past is yourself. By learning to forgive ourselves and others, we can release old burdens and find peace on our spiritual path.

When one soul commits an abusive act against another, The universal law of cause and effect records that action as negative energy within the cellular structure of the physical body. This energy remains embedded until it is consciously released either through the balancing process of karma or through the higher act of forgiveness. Within this earth spiritual training school, Nothing occurs without cause. A soul cannot experience harm unless it has, At some point, Violated the rights of another, Or unless the experience serves as a lesson for learning wisdom. If one soul steals from another, And later is stolen from in return, The karmic debt is not resolved through repetition. The cycle is only completed when forgiveness is chosen. The universal law of forgiveness teaches those whom you forgive are forgiven, And those whom you do not forgive remain bound. When a soul violates you, You hold the power to forgive, Recognizing that the event itself could not occur without a prior abuse occurring. Here is a prayer for sincere forgiveness when a soul is conscious of the universal law of forgiveness. Mother, Father, God, Forgive me for my trespasses, As I forgive those who trespass against me. A release will happen. Often this is experienced physically as a deep exhale, Signaling the discharge of negative energy stored at cellular level. If forgiveness is withheld, That energy remains carried forward from one lifetime to another until the soul learns the essential lesson to forgive. Forgiveness is a profound spiritual power. It restores harmony, Renews the heart, Returns the soul to peace, And allows the soul to vibrate at a higher frequency, Attracting life experiences for dreams and desires of the soul to become a reality.
