Let's all take a big,

Deep,

Collective breath together,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Another one just like that,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

And settling into your seat wherever you are,

And just noticing,

Feeling the state of your body,

Noticing your feet,

Your hips,

Your belly,

Your ribcage,

Shoulders to open just a little bit,

Putting the intention out there to open your heart,

Which you always have the capacity to do no matter what you're experiencing,

Feeling your arms and your hands,

Your shoulders and your neck,

Feeling your face in the back of your head,

And then opening your awareness above your head,

About six to eight inches above your head,

Tuning into your crown center where you receive your soul,

Where you receive messages from the divine,

And allowing this beautiful,

Loving energy to just fill your entire body,

Filling your entire field,

All around your body as well.

And then allowing your energy to drop through your root,

Through your feet,

Into the ground beneath you,

The stability that never leaves you,

And just relaxing and melting into that place.

That's it.

Feeling the palpable silence,

Stillness within everything.

Thoughts and emotions can float by.

This stillness,

This silence,

Never leaves.

So resting as the stillness.

It's not a searching.

It's not a finding.

It's a letting go and relaxing into.

And choose to stay just a little bit longer.

The thoughts and the energies are fleeting,

And you don't have to follow them.

Stay.

Let go.

Relax.

This moment is all there is.

Be here.

Feel the goodness of being here.

Let go.

Feel how you are this presence.

And you are held by this presence.

It is within you and all around you.

So relaxing even more.

It is safe to let go.

It is safe to be here.

Let your body receive the loving warmth of this presence.

Let it soothe all anxious and fearful emotions.

Let it soothe all fearful parts.

There is nothing to do.

Just being.

It is safe,

My love,

To just be.

Taking just another moment here,

Allowing your system to calibrate to presence.

Restful connection.

And whenever you're ready,

Gently coming back to the space around you and opening up your eyes.
