Welcome to this deep healing meditation,
The healing tree.
Connecting with nature is one of the most deeply healing and nourishing things that we can do for ourselves.
Getting out into nature,
Whatever that looks like for you,
Sitting on the beach,
Taking a dip in the ocean,
Lying in the sun,
Walking out in nature on the beach or in a national park by a river,
Out in the bush.
Nature is a truly magical and healing place to be and it really is so important to take some regular time in nature and receive all that mother nature has to give.
Incorporating nature into our own self-connection practice or routine is a must for our health and wellbeing.
And through this deep beautiful healing meditation,
We are bringing a little bit of nature,
The energy of nature and all its healing benefits to us today.
We're going to begin by setting our intention for this meditation.
So let's just take this moment to do this.
Closing down the eyes.
Just taking a few deep breaths in and out.
Breathing in nice and deeply and releasing the breath.
Now bring to mind an area that you would really like some healing in.
Just letting whatever comes to mind to come in.
It could be physical or emotional.
And if nothing specific is coming,
That's okay.
Just hold yourself in this healing space and whatever healing is required,
You will receive it today.
To help you set your intention around this,
Maybe connecting in with how you would like to feel once the healing has occurred or how you would like to feel at the end of this meditation.
And maybe this forms the basis of your intention today.
Setting an intention for yourself now with the energy of support,
Love and empowerment.
Taking a deep breath in now to seal your intention and breathing out.
Keeping your eyes closed,
We are going to flow now into a beautiful healing meditation.
So just making any adjustments to be comfortable.
Sitting down or lying is fine.
And then allowing your body to settle into stillness.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Start to deepen your breath.
Just taking a few deep full breaths in and out of the body.
And then allowing the body to return to its natural rhythm,
Its natural breath.
Connecting in with your heart now.
Taking a moment as you bring your awareness to your heart space.
And then taking your breath here into your heart space.
Allowing your breath to really nourish your heart.
Now visualize or imagine yourself in a forest.
This beautiful tree filled forest that is brimming with life and activity.
You notice birds in the trees and their beautiful birdsong fills your ears.
You see a butterfly and you watch as it flutters past you.
You stand quietly amongst the trees,
Closing your eyes and taking in all the sounds and smells and sensations of the forest and the trees all around you.
And here you take some deep full breaths as you bring your focus within into your heart.
And standing here in the forest surrounded by all these beautiful and magnificent trees.
You feel one tree calling you.
A soft gentle whisper calling to you.
You open your eyes and look around until you see the tree that is calling you.
You move towards this tree and you stand in front of this tree.
Taking this moment to fully appreciate this beautiful magnificent tree in front of you.
You notice its height,
Its branches and leaves.
Is there a breeze moving through the leaves?
What color are the leaves?
Are there birds in this tree?
As you give yourself these moments to fully take in all of this beautiful and magnificent tree.
You now place your hands on the tree and you feel the energy of the tree.
You feel in your whole body that this is your tree.
You turn and place your back against the trunk and you imagine your soul connecting with the soul of this tree.
And you sit down and as you lean against your tree you feel completely at peace.
This peace is so soothing.
Calming your nervous system and soothing your soul.
This tree doesn't want anything from you.
It accepts you just as you are right now.
Feeling the connection and energy from this tree.
This is your tree.
This is your healing tree.
Receive now the healing from this tree.
Receive the healing from your tree.
Allow the divine essence that flows through this tree to flow through you.
Releasing,
Cleansing,
Healing.
And as you allow this healing become aware of the earth underneath you.
And from your root chakra at the base of your spine,
Send your energy down deep into the earth.
Through all the layers of the earth and connect your energy to the core of the earth.
Just like the roots of your tree that connect into the earth and support this tree.
You too are connected to the earth.
Feel this connection to the earth.
Feel the divine support of the earth and from your tree.
Connected to this divine support,
Feel yourself release,
Let go and expand.
Sitting in the beautiful healing and soul nourishing tree energy,
Allow yourself to just be in this energy.
Allow this energy to swirl around you and through you,
You are completely immersed in this beautiful healing energy.
You now take a deep full breath in and out.
Then you slowly and gently get up and give thanks to your tree.
You give thanks for this healing experience.
And you begin to make your way out of the forest.
As you take one last glance back at your tree,
Know that this is available to you anytime.
This is your healing tree and you can come back here anytime you want to and receive its healing.
And using your breath now to gently bring you back.
Bring you back into your physical body.
Back into the room that you were in.
Just allow yourself to gently come back taking a couple more deep full breaths.
And when you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
Thank you.

Thank you for receiving all that healing goodness.
Just allowing yourself a few moments now just to let that integrate into your body.
