Welcome to your sleep manifesting meditation.

I'm your guide,

Terry Cole.

I want you to get into bed,

Gently close your eyes,

Make any last minute adjustments,

But when this meditation is over,

You are going to drift off into sleep.

So make sure that you're ready to do that before we begin.

Gently close your eyes.

If you have any lavender,

Put some of that on your hand and take a nice deep breath.

And exhale.

And we're going to start with a full body relaxation.

So in your mind silently,

I want you to repeat after me.

My feet,

My toes,

My heels are relaxed.

My feet,

My toes,

And my heels are completely and totally relaxed.

And now you feel that relaxation moving up your legs.

My ankles,

My shins,

My calves are relaxed.

My ankles,

My shins,

And my calves are completely and totally relaxed.

You feel that relaxation like a warm light moving up to your knees.

My knees,

My thighs,

My hips are relaxed.

My knees,

My thighs,

And my hips are completely and totally relaxed.

And now feel that relaxation moving into your pelvis.

My pelvis and all of my internal organs are relaxed.

My pelvis and all of my internal organs are completely and totally relaxed.

Feel the relaxation moving to your chest.

My chest and my ribs are relaxed.

My chest and my ribs are completely and totally relaxed.

And now feel that relaxation moving to your hands.

My hands,

My fingers,

My wrists are relaxed.

My hands,

My fingers,

My wrists are completely and totally relaxed.

Feel that relaxation like a warm light moving up your arms.

My forearms,

My elbows,

My biceps are relaxed.

My forearms,

My elbows,

And my biceps are completely and totally relaxed.

Feel the relaxation moving to the back of your arms.

My triceps,

My shoulders,

My traps are relaxed.

My triceps,

My shoulders,

And my trapezoid muscles are completely and totally relaxed.

Now feel that relaxation moving to the back of your body.

My upper,

My middle,

And my lower back are relaxed.

My upper,

My middle,

And my lower back and my buttocks are completely and totally relaxed.

Now you feel the relaxation moving up into your head.

My hair,

My scalp,

My ears are relaxed.

My hair,

My scalp,

And my ears are completely and totally relaxed.

And now feel that relaxation moving to your forehead,

My forehead,

My eyes,

And all the muscles around my eyes are relaxed.

My forehead,

My eyes,

And all the muscles around my eyes are completely and totally relaxed.

Feel the relaxation moving to the center of your face.

My nose,

My cheeks,

And my jaw muscles are relaxed.

My nose,

My cheeks,

And my jaw muscles are completely and totally relaxed.

The relaxation is moving to your mouth.

My lips,

My teeth,

My tongue,

And my chin are relaxed.

My lips,

My teeth,

My tongue,

And my chin are completely and totally relaxed.

And now I want you to feel that relaxation moving to your throat.

My throat and my vocal cords are relaxed.

My throat and all of my vocal cords are completely and totally relaxed.

And last but not least,

My brain and my mind are relaxed.

My brain and my mind are completely and totally relaxed.

And now that you're relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

It's easy for you to see everything with perfect clarity.

And I want you to visualize what you're manifesting in your life.

So we're going to hit every area of your life right now,

Starting with love.

What are you manifesting in the area of love?

So think about that.

If you're in a relationship,

Think about it being better.

If you're looking for a partner,

Literally conjure the feelings in your chest while finding that person.

If you're having stress in your relationship,

Conjure the feeling of it being harmonious.

Feel those feelings.

And now I want you to move on to area of career.

What are you creating in your career?

I want you to feel the feelings of actually achieving whatever that is.

What will that look like?

What will that feel like?

Who will you call?

What will you say?

And now I want you to bring your attention to the area of finance in your life.

How would you like your financial life to be?

Take the next little bit of time to visualize having what that is.

What would your life be like if you never had to worry about money?

What would you do?

What good works would you do when you have all the money in the world?

I want to move to the area of health and wellness.

If you're struggling with a health issue,

I want you to visualize yourself perfect and whole and conjure the feelings of being perfectly healthy in your chest.

Feel that feeling.

I also want you to think about physical fitness right now.

Are you physically fit?

Do you want to be?

What would it be like to have that freedom of being physically fit if you're not?

Or giving your body a rest if you're too physically fit.

Whatever it is that makes sense for you,

I want you to conjure that feeling in your chest and see your life with that in it.

Now I want you to think about the area of spirituality in your life.

Do you have a spiritual practice that you like?

Do you feel fulfilled spiritually?

Do you feel connected to the pure potential of your life?

What would it be like if you were?

And if you are,

How can you be more so?

But again,

I want you to conjure that feeling in your chest of already having that.

And the last area that I want you to think about is family.

How are your relationships in your family and how would you like them to be?

I want you to conjure the feelings of having harmony in your family relationships.

Is there someone in your family you'd like to be closer to?

What would that feel like?

Feel that feeling.

So now I'm going to count backwards from 10.

And when I get to one,

You're going to drift off to sleep.

Ten,

Nine,

Feeling rested and relaxed.

Eight,

Seven,

Feeling really,

Really sleepy.

Six,

Five,

Feeling like all is right with your world.

Four,

Three,

Feeling hopeful about the future.

One,

Two,

One.

One,

Two,

Three.

One,

Two,

Three.
