Welcome to your gentle heart healing meditation.
Please find yourself a quiet place where you can sit or lie down now for the next 10 to 15 minutes where you won't be disturbed.
Turn off your phone,
Hop in your Zen Den,
Maybe dim the lights,
Light a candle,
Get out your lavender oil.
This is your time.
It's time for total relaxation and inner stillness.
So please take a moment to make sure that you're warm enough that you're laying down or sitting comfortably.
You can rest your hands loosely on your lap or snuggle up with a fuzzy blanket and gently close your eyes.
Let's start by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Hold it at the top for a moment,
And then slowly exhale.
Just allow any tension to melt away as you gradually relax more and more with each breath deeper and deeper.
Take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And exhale.
Empty your lungs completely with your out breath.
And now take another deep breath and take your time,
Hold it at the top,
And then simply let it go.
Already you're beginning to drift into a state of deep relaxation.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently,
Just relax.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
See or feel,
Imagine relaxation beginning to spread from the top of your scalp.
Let the muscles in your head and your forehead and your temples relax.
Allow all of the muscles around your eyes to relax.
Let your cheeks and your jaw muscles soften.
Let go of all tension.
Now this peaceful feeling flows down your neck and deep into the muscles of your shoulders,
Releasing,
Soothing,
Relaxing them completely.
Just breathe.
Allow this peaceful feeling to flow through your arms,
Relaxing and soothing all the way to the tips of your fingers.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes too.
Your thoughts become weightless,
Like wisps of clouds on the breeze.
Now the peaceful sensation flows from your chest into your stomach.
Feel how this area gently rises and falls as you breathe slowly and deeply,
Soothing and relaxing.
Turn your attention to your back and feel this relaxation flow all the way down your spine.
Now the beautiful feeling flows through your lower body.
Relax your buttocks,
The back of your thighs,
The front of your thighs.
Feel all of these large,
Strong muscles becoming loose and relaxed.
Soothing feelings flow down from your knees into your calves,
Into your ankles and now your feet.
Your entire body is soft,
Calm and relaxed.
And now it's time to leave the external world behind and go to an inner journey,
An inner place of deep stillness and restoration.
Visualize yourself at the top of a beautiful,
Marble staircase and just allow yourself to walk or float down,
Down,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation with every step down,
Down,
Down into a deep state of peace,
Tranquility and relaxation.
And now you've reached the bottom and you see a door.
I want you to reach out and turn the doorknob and walk through to what is on the other side of this door.
You walk out into the most beautiful mist filled scene.
A path stretches out in front of you that will take you to your perfect resting place.
Look around and take in the beauty with all of your senses in your mind's eye.
What do you see?
Allow yourself to feel the air temperature.
It's exactly your favorite temperature.
Smell the aroma of the air.
What do you smell?
Is it an ocean breeze or the earth or do you smell pine or wood?
Is it cut grass in the summer or the clean smell of laundry hanging out on the line or something completely different?
Just allow yourself to explore this beautiful place as you're walking slowly down the path in the distance,
You see your perfect resting place waiting for you.
And as you're getting there,
Just notice the wildlife that's all around you.
Notice the sky,
The clouds and all of the beauty of the earth's bounty that is around us all the time.
Give thanks as you reach your perfect resting place.
I want you to climb in,
Lay down,
Cover up depending on what your perfect resting place looks like.
It could be an amazing bed with thousand thread sheets.
It could be a couch made of soft grass,
A bean bag,
A water bed.
It might just be the earth or sand.
Whatever it is for you,
It is your perfect resting place.
Once you get comfortable,
I want you to notice that the mist is surrounding you and it's starting to evaporate.
As you snuggle into this comfortable spot into your perfect resting place,
You can see the air around you becoming more and more clear.
Watch as the sun's rays dissolve all of the mist and now you can see clearly in all directions.
It's as though a veil has been lifted.
You've arrived in this perfect resting place to heal,
Visualize and restore your energy.
The air around you right now seems to shimmer and vibrate with pure luminous energy of transformation.
You can hear the soothing sounds of the wind or the ocean wherever you are.
Now you can visualize in your mind's eye with perfect clarity.
Visualize or imagine yourself healing and releasing what no longer serves your highest good.
Put your hand right on your heart chakra.
Feel yourself releasing past pain,
Past injuries,
Allowing your heart to start healing right here,
Right now.
In this meditation,
You realize that you've always done your best and you forgive yourself for not knowing what no one ever taught you.
Allow yourself to feel proud of you for all of the hard work that you've been doing to work towards your transformation.
And now it's time to allow yourself to rest.
Take a break,
Step away and have faith that much of your healing comes from the realizations themselves.
As you breathe deeply,
Allow yourself to move.
Continue to move in your mind's eye from timeframe to timeframe.
Allow your healing to continue happening,
Releasing the past,
Simply committing to learning how to deeply and authentically love yourself now.
All of your answers and clarity will come in time.
So breathe deep and feel the gratitude for where you are right now on this journey in this place of total peace.
Know that you're doing enough and no matter where you are in this process,
You're in the exact right place.
This work is only for the brave.
And I believe as Danielle Laporte would say that love rewards the brave for the next few moments in this deep state of relaxation,
Please visualize a beautiful healing,
Golden light pouring directly into your heart chakra,
Releasing any pain,
Releasing all injuries from the past,
Restoring your heart to perfect health.
Enjoy the warmth of this healing light.
If thoughts arise,
Simply let them go and return your awareness to the amazing feeling of warmth and healing of this golden light.
And now it's time to return.
So I will guide you home.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your perfect resting place with your hand on your heart.
Feel the warmth that is coming from your heart.
Now feel your heart beating strong,
Healed,
Blood flowing through it,
Feeling expansive,
Open,
Healthy.
Now that you're deeply relaxed and refreshed,
It's time to make your way back up the path.
So allow yourself to gently get up and out of your perfect resting place.
Slowly walk or float towards the door where you entered this beautiful space.
As you gently walk down the path,
Take notice of the sounds of the smells of the feeling of this magical healing place.
Before you know it,
You're at the door.
As you reach for the door knob,
Notice how wonderful your body feels,
Light,
Rested,
Restored.
Your journey up the majestic staircase is effortless and calm like all of the moments of your life can be effortless and calm.
So now count backwards from five.
You're going up the stairs for you're almost to the top three,
One more stair to,
And now you're at the top of the majestic marble staircase.
Now slowly bring your awareness back to your body,
Back to the room that you're in.
Gently start to wiggle your toes and stretch your fingers.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes where you can take your time and give yourself a few moments to adjust to being back.
