Sometimes being around people takes more energy than we realize. Conversation, noise, facial expressions, navigating expectations, deciding when to speak, reading the room, adjusting to other people's energy—our nervous systems can process an enormous amount during even an enjoyable social day. And then we get home...and replay it all. This short decompression practice is an invitation to let the social day be over. Please note that this meditation is educational and not a substitute for one to one professional care. You don't need to decide whether you talked too much, said the wrong thing, missed a cue, or handled everything perfectly. For these few minutes, there is nothing left to analyze. Created especially with neurodivergent listeners in mind, this meditation offers a gentle transition out of social mode and back into your own space. The conversation is over. You can come back to yourself now.
