Welcome to this chakra meditation.

My name is Tina Eustace.

Begin to feather your nest,

Make yourself comfortable in whatever position you have chosen.

Use props like blankets or cushions,

Anything that will help you to rest more easily Take a big deep breath in and a full exhale out.

Soften your shoulders,

Your thoughts and any tension that you might be holding on to.

Know that you are very welcome just as you are.

Close your eyes and begin to visualize,

To feel,

Sense or imagine that you're standing at the top of a staircase.

Take a really good look around you as you take your first step down.

Use your hearing sense now to just tune in and hear the gentle sound of water cascading below you.

Curiosity it draws you further down,

Step by step,

Allowing each movement to release any worries that linger in your mind and instead just tap into the energy of curiosity.

With each step the sound of the water it grows louder.

Just keep walking one step at a time.

There is no rush.

Take your time,

Keep looking around you,

Keep listening for the sound of the water.

Very soon you reach the bottom of the staircase.

You gaze ahead and before you is this magnificent waterfall and it's flowing into a tranquil pool of water.

You decide to step into the pool feeling its perfect temperature embrace you.

It surrounds your bare feet.

You take another big breath in and fully empty out.

As you enter you notice that the water it changes colors.

Keep looking,

Keep following the colors.

Notice the color that seems to want to linger.

The color representing the chakra that calls to you.

Trust the first color that you see.

Try not to overthink it,

To worry about it.

Let it just happen naturally.

Remember each chakra is associated with something different.

The root chakra,

The Muladhara,

That's the first chakra,

It is bright red in color.

It signifies health and home,

Childhood,

Safety and grounding.

If you see orange that is the sacral chakra,

The Svadhisthana.

It signifies creativity,

Desires,

Sexuality,

Emotions,

Pleasure,

Change.

The Manipura,

The third chakra,

It is bright yellow connected to your solar plexus chakra.

It signifies autonomy,

Determination,

Self-discipline,

Personal power,

Ego and confidence.

Continue to look and notice the colors.

Perhaps you see a color of bright emerald green,

The Anahata,

The heart chakra.

It signifies compassion,

Empathy,

Love,

Forgiveness,

Acceptance and generosity.

The color blue,

The blue color,

It comes from the throat chakra,

The Vishuddha.

This is where your voice comes from.

It signifies expression,

Communication,

Purpose,

Honesty and authenticity.

Moving up,

If you see the color indigo,

This signifies intuition.

It's coming from your Ajna,

The third eye chakra,

Connected to self-motivation,

Awareness,

Imagination,

Dreams and clarity.

Continue to notice the colors.

The final color,

It could be purple,

It could be white.

It is the seventh chakra.

The seventh chakra sits at the very top of your head,

The crown chakra,

The Sahasrara.

It signifies oneness,

Faith,

Awareness,

Understanding,

Enlightenment and surrender.

You take a moment and you notice the color.

The message that this color is here to tell you.

You decide now to stand directly beneath the waterfall as the water pours over you,

Beginning from the crown chakra.

It washes over you and you allow it to remove anything,

Anything that no longer serves you.

It washes away your stress and you just sense tension dissolving from your body.

You feel calm,

You feel completely at ease.

Take a moment to just fully embrace the waterfall's healing power.

Allow it to do its work.

Take a big breath in,

Pause at the top and fully exhale out.

Begin to bring gentle movement back to your body.

Start very small.

No need to rush but just know that it's okay to want to stretch or to twist or to yawn.

Do whatever feels right to you in this moment.

Honor your body,

Your feelings.

Know that it's been my absolute pleasure to guide you today.

I wish you nothing but good things.

Om shanti shanti shanti.

Peace,

Peace,

Peace.
