This meditation invites you to stand in the fullness of your emotions—grief, despair, anger, and love in disguise—without resistance. Together, we acknowledge the pain of our shared humanity while cultivating compassion and understanding. Through grounding and breath, you’ll anchor yourself as a beacon of peace amidst global turmoil, embodying the wisdom of great leaders who remind us that peace is both the means and the goal. This is a practice of witnessing and transforming, holding space for inner calm and collective harmony. The meditation starts with a brief guided section. Then, a single bell marks the beginning of a 2-minute period of silence to hold the frequency of peace in your heart. At the end of the silence, three bells will signal the conclusion of the meditation, but you’re welcome to remain in this peaceful space for as long as you wish.
