This is a short practice of yoga Nidra with Tanpura music in the background. We do body rotation of awareness two times - first the major body parts and then the smaller body parts. By the end of the yoga nidra, you will feel deeply relaxed and centred. The practice starts with three rounds of AUM and finishes off with palming.
