Hello,
Everybody.
When I was creating the post yesterday.
About flowing with life.
Like the river flows or the water flows in the river I felt that I was going to record an exercise this way.
And I couldn't imagine I was going to do it so soon.
I was journaling this morning when having my breakfast.
And.
.
.
I felt that all the emotions were present.
Inside of me.
It was also what made me journal at that moment.
And I was reflecting on.
.
.
Healing work I've been doing these past days.
It was mainly healing work about.
And which wound.
Um that are fierce of judgment.
Of accusations.
Of feeling different.
Memories that we're carrying within collectively.
Because of.
.
.
Events that happened.
In the past.
And I've also been working on.
.
.
Creating more ease with respect to letting go of work.
I feel very comfortable when being active,
When creating,
When working.
And it's more challenging for me to.
.
.
Take rest and to feel comfortable with it.
And to just relax into life.
Take moments off.
And so I'm strengthening that because I feel that there is a lot of expansion there for me.
Bye.
Being with all of that.
And.
.
.
Healing it so actively.
It makes that deeper layers of those wounds hard.
Being met inside.
And are being seen by me.
Receiving attention and so they can come up,
They feel they can come up and I've been feeling this past days.
Although I've been feeling wonderful,
I've been feeling moments of fear coming up from my heart like a wave rolling up like a very challenging feeling.
Me realizing that everything is okay in my life.
And feeling those waves of fear come up,
Knowing where they come from.
And I allow them.
And at the same time I feel they are uncomfortable to feel.
And before,
I would not have liked it,
I would have.
.
.
Felt disturbed by them,
Disturbed in my good mood and the joy I was feeling and wanting to return very quickly to those beautiful and comfortable feelings.
And now I've discovered the word of.
.
.
Just feeling those.
Challenging feelings as they.
.
.
Allow me to liberate you.
Them to set them free.
And to receive their message and to go on the other side of them.
Because they're The cold is waiting for me.
Power is waiting for me.
Power in there.
Positive sense of the word.
To be who I am,
To bring what I've received to be able to bring.
And.
.
.
Room for so many new possibilities and possibility of growth.
So now when I feel them,
They still feel challenging and I feel.
.
.
I feel grateful to be able to feel them and to sit with them.
And to let go of them to discover what comes in.
When I create space.
Four.
A new version of me for new possibilities.
So all of that made me.
Let go of the idea that I was going to do some administrative work.
And to just.
.
.
Set everything up to be able to go in this exercise to record it.
And to share it with you.
And I'm grateful for doing so because it's also a way of flowing with life.
I'm doing something completely different than I thought that I was going to do this morning,
Although I didn't have a clear idea of what it would be.
And of living and doing and creating things in the moment they are there.
Because.
.
.
It's so much more easy for me to create from here even when it feels more vulnerable.
The emotions are there and I can feel them and I can work with them.
And it's so much more.
Authentic.
And real.
So in this exercise I'm going to go into that view.
Going to welcome it.
Let it move through me and set layers of it free to create more space and if you feel doing so too,
I welcome you to do this.
Exercise with me.
Take first some moments to get comfortable.
To find a comfortable space where you can sit.
Lay down.
Or go for a walk in nature and just listen.
Or something else that feels good.
Nice for you and comforting for you and if it's possible for you,
You can.
Gently close your eyes.
And bring your awareness.
Towards your breath.
And let's start together by taking some deep breaths and calm breath.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Intruders.
In and out through the mouth through the nose and out through the mouth and while we continue to breathe.
In a gentle and peaceful manner.
We can bring our attention.
Into our body.
Put your hand on her chest.
On another place of our body.
And feel what's alive there for us right now.
What a physical.
.
.
Sensations do we feel in our body?
Why do we feel a lot of energy?
Where do we feel tension?
Maybe stress.
Maybe pain.
And bring our gentle attention towards it and breathe into that place.
And while we breathe out,
Try to soften it to create more space for it to bring loving attention to it.
To lovingly carry what we are feeling there.
To bring care to it.
And continuing to breathe in.
Into it.
And breathing out.
Everything that we want to release.
And while doing so maybe you have already Notice emotions.
Emotions inside of your body Maybe in your heart space.
And you can notice what kind of emotions they are.

Without.
.
.
Analyzing them.
Without trying to understand them,
Just being with them And for me today.
.
.
I'm giving all of my attention to the fear that I feel is coming up in waves.
I feel that they are also related to a dream.
That I had two nights ago.
I can see some.
.
.
Flashes of that dream without really realizing what it was about.
It was a dream about.
The wounds that I'm healing right now It's a dream that's helping me to make more conscious.
What I'm carrying within.
And I'm not trying to figure out what it is.
What exactly was the dream?
Or what exactly is the memory I'm carrying.
If it comes up,
It's completely welcome.
And if it doesn't,
It's okay too.
And.
.
.
During the day,
This pause.
Yesterday and also this morning.
I can feel the flashes are coming back.
I have the same feeling as I had in the dream.
I recognize the feeling of the dream and some flashes like I'm going to see the image of the dream and then it goes away.
And I feel very grateful for it because I feel that's the process.
Going on.
The process of healing,
Of letting go.
And so I feel grateful for it because.
.
.
It's bringing me there where life wants me to go.
And so now in this exercise I'm.
.
.
Giving all of my attention.
To that feeling,
To those feelings of fear.
Um.
.
.
Instead of trying them to go away like I would do before.
I allow them now.
All of the space inside of me.
I create room for them to be felt.
To be seen.
To be heard.
I welcome them.
I embrace them.
I am with them.
And I feel all of them.
And that may be uncomfortable.
And then I help myself with that.
Calm and deep breaths.
To breathe through them.
And let's take three deep breaths together.
You being with your emotion,
With what's alive for you.
I'm being with my waves of fear that are coming up.
And let's breathe into them and release some of them when breathing out.
And let's do that together.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And feel the space that we're creating for them.
Also by sitting up.
With our back and our shoulders a bit backwards.
Opening our chest,
Opening our heart.
Creating more space for them.
So that they can move through us.
Emotions are energy.
Emotions.
And often they have been stuck inside of us for a long time.
And we have felt them unconsciously or consciously and now we're making space for them to move through us to.

.
Bring them in motion again so that they can move through us And we can.
.
.
Literally create more space.
For them by opening up our chest,
Our heart.
And by making movements that feel good to us.
By moving our body gently.
Helping the energy of the emotion to start moving again.
So that it can move freely.
To the other body.
I can also Pull up our arms in the air.
Make ourselves longer.
And yourself.
Let our arms drop down on the side Arms all open.
And move around our body.
Visualize how we are creating more space for them,
More space in our body.
More space around.
Our body.
How we are opening up everything.
So that emotions.
.

The energy.
Can move freely.
Can move through.
And it's very beautiful how I.
.
.
See the flashes of my dream coming up and going away again.
We are actively participating in this exercise.
And how I am allowing them to do so.
Because they're strengthening it.
So if you have memories or images coming up.
Feelings,
Words,
Sounds.
Welcome them.
And if there aren't or if you.
.
.
Are not aware of them,
That's Good as new.
Being conscious of them.
Every way is helpful.
Because we can trust that.
What's now helpful for us.
Is happening spontaneously inside of us.
Without us having to do something for it.
And the more we practice,
The more we.
.
.
Notice consciously what's going on,
The more you feel the energy.
Moving in.
Going through the process of letting go.
And let's not try to force it,
It comes when we are ready to welcome it Everything comes in.
Perfect timing.
And we can trust that space is created right now energy is brought into motion.
And it's making things lighter for us.
It's creating more space for us.

Sitting here in the garden,
Sitting on the earth and if you're sitting inside.
It's exactly the same you can.

Really open up now to the energy to the strength of the earth.
The energy of the earth.
Flows into.
Us in our body all the time completely naturally without us having to do something for it.
And so I'm now becoming more conscious of the.
.
.
Energy of the earth that is flowing into my body.
And I let it flow through my feet.
And the legs.
And lower body.
Up into my heart and I let it flow there where I can feel the emotions of fear most present.
Supreme.
It's loving care to them.
It's light,
It's warm.
This gentle touch.
Carry those emotions,
To take care of them,
To heal them.
To set them free.
Let the energy of the earth go through your body,
Through all the places where you feel emotions you are with.
Right now.
So that it can take care of them,
Heal them Set layers of them free.
Create more space for them.
Bring them in movement And as I'm sitting in the sun,
I also wish to bring in the sunlight.
And again if you're sitting inside or The sun is not shining right now.
All the same.
Sunlight.
The energy of the sun is coming towards the earth in every moment of the day.
And we can see there's a beautiful beam of light coming in too crown of our head.
Golden light entering to the crown of our head,
Filling our head.
Relaxing our face.
Bringing calm in our mind.
Going down through our throats.
Creating ease and space right there.
Strengthening us to express what we wish to express.
So that we don't hold everything inside.
And then it goes further in our body,
Into our arms and hands our upper body and there it joins place where we feel our emotions most right now.
From it's in the heart space.
In this beautiful golden light of the sun wraps itself like a warm blanket.
Around.
Emotion that we are.
Feeling.
Taking care of it.
Welcoming it.
Allowing it to be there,
To be fully felt.
To receive all the space.
And all the time that it needs.
Because emotions,
They especially need to be welcomed.
Felt.
Hurt.
Let's see.
They are there with that intention.
They are messengers for us.
And to be able to bring their message.
We can help them by.
.
.
Seeing them.
Feeling them,
Making room for them.
And both the energy of the earth and the energy of the sun.
Are now together.
Taking care of the emotions we are feeling.
They are coming together,
Strengthening each other and together.
And so.
.
.
Big,
Beautiful,
Powerful light They are taking care lovingly of our emotions.
And we can put one hand or both of our hands on the place where we feel those emotions.
Feel the warmth of our hands.
Going into our body.
Warming up that space.
And we can be fully with everything that's taking place.
Spontaneously,
Naturally.
Without us having to do something for it.
That's so beautiful.
Even when we don't feel something actively we can trust that everything is being taken care of.
In the best way for us.
And I feel I continue to move my body.
To move with the energy.
To move with the emotions.
And continuing to breathe.
Calmly and deeply into them.
And letting go of them with every expiration a bit more.
And it's so beautiful to feel how it opens up space how it creates space around what was feeling tight before how it allows light to come in.
How it's releasing parts of the emotion and creating space.
For new things to come in.
And letting go of the fears is.

Is creating space for new strength.
For more love,
For more ease,
For more joy.
I also understand now that it's.
.
.
Normal to feel fears with.
All the steps that I'm taking,
All the.
.
.
Healing work that I'm doing on myself.
All the wounds I'm looking into.
Everything I'm actively working on.
Those are places I once put away because they felt really challenging.
Really uncomfortable.
And so it takes a lot of courage to go there,
To feel everything of it.
So it's normal that it comes up with fear.
And that fear that I was carrying inside is being released.
When it's being released I feel it because it's going through my body.
So I can trust that everything is okay.
Going along with the process of healing.
And I feel grateful for it because it means a lot to me.
That I'm not longer going to carry it.
Inside of me where it impacts me.
Anyway.
Sometimes without realizing it.
And often realizing it and and noticing that We want to liberate ourselves from it.
To be able to respond.
In the way we wish to respond and not being impacted by those fears.
Who get in the way.
There are also fears that are coming up.
With respect to all of the steps that I'm taking.
Posing my job of creating.
Strong foundations for everything that I want to create.
For my soul and activity that I want to.
Bring in the world and expand.
Those are so many new steps.
I'm stepping every day into a new version of me,
A version I've never been before.
So it's normal that it comes up with fear.
It brings up fears.
And I welcome them.
Because they are both ways.
To where I wish to go.
I.
.
.
Need to set them free to be able to go where I wish to go.
To become that version of me.
So now I see them as.
.
.
A necessary part of the process.
And it helps me to welcome them.
It helps me too.
Let them be there.
And it teaches me too.
Support myself lovingly in being with them.
So that they can bring me everything they wish me.
To bring.
And then They will.
Be set free.
And go away.
Leaving me with more trust.
More confidence.
With more strength,
With more love,
With more joy.
Closer to myself.
To the gifts that I'm bringing in the world.
Opening up gifts that have always been inside of me.
And that I didn't remember anymore,
That I got disconnected from.
That I'm now connecting to again.
To be able to live them fully for myself.
People around me.
And for everybody I meet.
And to bring them in the world.
And you can.

Bring your attention to how you are feeling now.
In your body.
And how it has evolved with respect to beginning of our exercise.
What has changed?
What is opened up or have your emotions evolved?
During this exercise.
How do they feel right now?
Maybe we feel a big change,
Maybe a small change,
Maybe we do not feel a change already.
Everything is okay.
This process of healing is also continuing.
After the exercise.
Once we have set the intention.
It continues throughout our day and our night.
Spontaneously.
And every time we come back to this exercise or another exercise.
Or you just being with yourself in a quiet moment or a walk in nature.
Or any moment of your choice.
Of while doing it of some work.
Throughout your day and just being present with what's alive inside of you.
You deepen the process.
It is as easy as that.
It is by bringing our attention to it.
That we bring our energy to it.
Then it grows.
In the way that's helpful for us.
And here in the healing that we.
.
.
With as an intention.
It's even gross.
The space crows.
The comfort grows.
The ease grows.
And everything that can come from that It's really about putting the intention.
And bringing attention to it.
And from there everything flows because that is what life wishes for us.
And it supports us fully.
In that process.
And I would like to end this exercise together with some music.
Deep and intentional breaths.
At our own rhythm.
And we can bring our attention to our body and start moving Heartbeat.
Our hands,
Our body.
To connect fully again with our body.
The space we are in.
Grateful for.
The time that we have given ourselves.
The attention that we have brought.
For what is alive in us right now.
The courage we had to stop our activities.
And to take the time to be with ourselves.
Our emotions.
With what wants to be healed inside of us.
Because from there everything that we do and R.
Flow so much more easily.
And you can thank yourself for it.
Taking this time.
For offering yourself this moment.
For being on this journey.
That brings so much beauty.
So much strength.
So much ease in your journey.
Your life.
In the life of the people around you and every person that you meet.
Because from what you are.
You are creating inside,
You are radiating something worth every person you meet.
And that's how we contribute.
To our world and make it better.
A beautiful place.
For everybody to feel comfortable.
In.
And love.
And when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes come back to your day.
