Mindful Tea Meditation - Take A Pause
Listen to the practice whilst drinking your tea or coffee or simply replicate it on your own later on. All you need to do is notice your drink of choice, how does it feel in the cup? What does it smell like? taste like? By doing this we bring ourselves into the moment rather than losing ourselves in our thoughts. I even recorded my own sound effects for this one!
