Susie is a Certified Amanae Practitioner - a practice which combines the breath, energy and touch. In her guided meditations she uses the Amanae breath to help people to feel into their bodies, connect with their heart energy and experience their emotions. Unusually, Amanae meditations use a conscious breath in and out through the mouth to facilitate a "letting go"
