Start your day off right by setting your intentions. Take ten minutes to focus on how you want your day to go. Some examples: Today I will finish my project. Today I will have a great time with my child. Today I will receive a call back with great news. Today my commute will be effortless. Today I will feel happy. Today my body is healthy and relaxed. Today I am open to all the good the Universe has in store for me.
