The Story Told Within
A gentle Om will guide your focus back to center. As distractions fade away, you will more clearly hear the story we all tell ourselves from within. This may include tales of pain, triumph, suspense, and drama. Listen to your story with an open heart, but do not believe. Observe which parts are fiction born of fear or anxiety and which truly describe your authentic self. Embody your truth as you transition out of meditation, and let the rest remain a story you once heard about someone else.
