5D ascension exercise,
Triple crown chakra activation and becoming aware of the cycle of your breath,
The awareness of the in-breath,
The pause,
The out-breath,
And the pause.
With this focus,
Allowing your mind to quieten,
Becoming more aware of the present moment.
And with this focus,
Pulling your mind back from all contemplations on the past,
Or any contemplations or worries about your future.
The breath is the bridge between spirit and matter.
With your breath becoming more aware of the core of your being.
Feeling this core,
Like a tiny radiant diamond at the centre of your being which may feel in the belly,
Aura,
Solar plexus,
Or perhaps the heart.
And with that cycle of breath,
Feeling your core,
This point of light,
Just become aware that your core is connected to the crystalline core of the earth.
And that you have the natural ability to draw up crystalline,
Ethereal energy from the crystalline grid of the earth into the very core of your body.
The in-breath is pulling light up from the crystalline grid,
This ethereal,
Crystalline white energy into the core,
Activating and invigorating your core.
And as you do this,
The light within the core begins to ignite and expand,
Filling the physical body with light.
Bones,
Blood,
Cells,
Organs,
Systems of your body,
DNA within the cells.
As your physical body becomes filled with light,
Allow this light to spill out into the auric field.
All layers of your aura,
The etheric body,
Which is closest to the physical body,
Your emotional body,
And mental body,
And other layers beyond.
Just allowing that fluid light in your field.
As your body and aura become filled with light,
Become aware of another point of light in the center of your crown chakra,
Top of the head.
The crown chakra is connected to two other lesser or minor chakras in the head.
One could be called the lesser frontal crown chakra,
Which is a point towards the top of the head at the center of your hairline,
Or in the case of someone who has lost or losing their hair,
Where the hairline would be.
The other lesser chakra could be called the lesser causal crown,
Which is found at the back of the head directly opposite where the lesser frontal crown point can be found.
Three points of light in the head.
From the perspective of someone viewing these points from the side of your head,
They would appear to form a triangular energy.
So just now tuning into these three points,
One top of head,
One front of head,
One back of head.
Feeling with your awareness this triangular light to activate.
With your breath,
Becoming aware of that triangle of light and also the point of light in the core of your body.
Feeling the natural connection between your core and these three points of light in the head.
Feeling the ethereal crystalline light in your core to begin to fully activate the light in the head.
When the three points in the head are open,
Balanced and activated,
You are able to connect with your star seed galactic and universal nature.
You are able to connect with your higher mind and universal mind.
In this connection,
You naturally begin to dissolve all 3D perceptions of limitation.
All outdated concepts of reality.
You are able to dissolve all 3D illusions.
In this connection,
You are able to see beyond linear time.
Go beyond linear thinking.
Go beyond old stereotypical concepts of masculine and feminine.
You are able to allow these two opposite yet complementary archetypal poles within your being to work more in harmony and unity.
When the three points in the head are closed and unbalanced or disconnected,
You feel disconnected from spirit.
You have a sense of spiritual disillusionment,
Finding little or no meaning in life.
Feeling that you have been abandoned by God Goddess or angry with God Goddess.
You may feel stuck in 3D illusions.
Stuck in the suffering of the 3D world.
You may have a lack of faith and trust.
An unwillingness to cooperate with spirit.
You may not feel willing to follow your soul's destiny.
Focusing on the cycle of breath,
Allowing the light from your core to begin to dissolve any energetic interference within this triangular energy in the head.
This ethereal light from your core to dissolve old programming coming from the 3D world.
Dissolving old 3D illusions.
Any 3D psychic structures around your head or touching your crown and head.
Any psychic energy disconnecting you from your higher self and your starseed galactic universal nature.
Allow this connection within the three points in the head to get stronger.

Restoring your connection.
Dissolving all old limitations and illusions.
Restoring your natural connection to the higher planes of reality.
