Self-loathing causes you to lack self-love. The practice of releasing self-loathing causes you to learn to love yourself more. The less self-loathing you have, the more self-love you have. The extent you loath yourself determines how completely you love yourself. Releasing the ways you are self-loathing causes you to become more self-loving. Releasing self-loathing makes you feel good about yourself. This practice is best performed while merged with your Higher Self.
