Three minutes breathing space.

Please come and sit in a comfortable seated position.

Back as straight,

Shoulders relaxed.

Let the day go by as far and sitting here with a posture of being awake.

Notice your thoughts,

Your feelings.

Now slowly move your attention to which you're breathing.

Start following every in and out breath.

Notice your belly rising and falling.

And if you mind wander it off.

Guide it polite back towards your breathing.

Now slowly move your attention to all the body.

Feel how it is breathing as one organism.

Notice any body sensations.

Feel the surface of your skin.

How do you feel inside the body?

Observe it.

Stay with your body for a couple more breaths.

Come home in your body.

Come home in this moment.
