To create a picture in your mind.
Of the most ideal version of you.
A version of you that is so deeply nurtured.
One that takes time for herself and gives freely from the abundant cup that she lives from.
A version of yourself that you are so deeply proud of.
And one that embodies all the characteristics that you wish for yourself.
And just notice her.
Begin to see her clearly in your mind's eye.
Start to notice what stands out to you about this version of you.
How does she feel?
How does she feel in her body?
In her life?
How is she moving?
How is she showing up every day in her life?
What are her desires?
What does she deeply value and prioritize in her life?
How is she dressed?
Moving about in the world?
What do you notice about her?
What is she spending her time doing?
How is she deeply and consciously caring for herself?
How is she beginning and ending her days?
Begin to notice what energy does she embody and send out into the world.
And what is deeply important to her?
Who is it that she's choosing to be?
Just notice her.
Be an observance of all that she is.
Connect to the way that she feels.
To the way that she's moving her body.
To the way in which she's showing up each and every day in her life.
What is she thinking?
And what is she choosing to focus on each and every moment of her life?
How is she spending her free time?
What emotions does she exude?
Notice her.
Be an observance of her.
Connect now to every aspect of this version of you.
See yourself in her now.
Knowing that there is power in this process.
There is power in visualization.
Knowing that our minds simply know no difference between the reality in which we live and the pictures in which we create in our minds.
