Welcome to Breath of Fire one minute meditation. We're gonna breathe through our nose and it's going to kind of sound like panting like a dog. Okay so so it's gonna sound like that and we're gonna do that for 30 seconds. I want you to first take a deep breath in hold and release. Take a deep breath in hold and release. Now you're gonna take another deep breath in and on the exhale exhale through your nose and we'll begin our 30 second breath of fire. Take a deep breath in and breathe. And take one last breath in hold it and hold it for as long as you can. And release. Thank you so much for joining have a beautiful day.
