Hello beautiful souls,
This is Shri Manju bringing you with the Heart Infinity Meditation and opening up your fifth dimension chakras.
Please don't drive while listening to this meditation.
Find a place where you can be undisturbed and quiet.
Sitting with your spine straight and comfortable.
Breathing in to your belly,
Relaxing your mind and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Just relaxing your shoulders and gently breathing out.
One more time.
Breathing in,
Closing your eyes and breathing out and bringing your awareness into the soles of your feet and breathing all the way down.
Feel the floor beneath and gently breathe out.
Letting your feet become relaxed and heavy.
Breathing in and breathing out through your spine,
Relaxing it.
Visualize that the soles of your feet,
There are beautiful thick deep roots are coming out.
Going deep down into the Mother Earth through the layers of all the stones,
The water,
The sand.
They're becoming longer and moving into the depths of the Earth gently and easily through all the different layers and different layers of rock until they reach the center of the Earth.
Visualize that at the center of the Earth,
There is a giant crystal.
The crystal welcomes you and invites you to wrap your beautiful roots around it and you do so lovingly.
Your roots gently receive the nourishing,
Loving energies,
The golden light from the Earth and Gaia.
Your wonderful roots absorb this pure golden energy,
This golden light and transform into your body like the roots of flowers absorb water and nourish the roots like a plant.
Now visualize golden healing light from the huge crystal rising above,
This golden light travels up,
Up,
Up through all the layers of the Earth and fills your roots and gently coming into your Earth Star Chakra,
12 inches below your feet which is holding your potential and the possibility of your new beginnings.
Cleansing and anchoring this chakra,
Energy travels to lower legs and this beautiful light spreads upward into your Platinum Base Chakra where you connect with the dolphin wisdom and have a solid spiritual foundation.
Coming into your delicate Pink Sacral Chakra,
Full of tenderness,
Love,
Coming up to the Orange Naval Chakra.
This energy center is associated with your self-esteem,
Sense of purpose,
Personal identity,
Turning up and moving to the deep gold Solar Plexus Chakra.
Now you dissolve all your fear and that of people around you radiating your power into the world.
And traveling up to the pure White Heart Chakra,
Filled with the Christ Consciousness,
You see or sense the light spreading fully and opening up your heart center and creating an infinity sign.
Let this energy spread from your physical body into your auric body.
Feel that energy around you,
With every breath it's expanding.
Now visualize Divine Golden Healing Light coming from the source above,
Flowing as a column of light into your stellar Gateway Chakra,
Which is 12 inches above your head as a golden ball.
At last your spiritual achievements earned through many lifetimes are recognized and you can open the ball into a flower to draw in Source Energy.
Below it the magenta soul star.
Your higher self glows with light,
Cleanses it with gold and silver violet flame then allow the petals to open so that the Divine Light from above flows into the Soul Star Chakra.
Above the head is a pure White Causal Chakra,
The higher mind,
Bringing in the qualities of all seeing and all knowing and allowing you to open to higher wisdom.
Again,
Allow the petals to open so that the Divine Light from above flows into it.
Bring the source light down into crystal clear thousand petal loaders.
With the crown of your head,
Feel that tingle sensations coming down through your spine,
Then down into the crystal ball,
Into your third eye.
Feel that energy travelling into your Royal Blue Throat Chakra,
Bearing to be the voice of the universe.
Let this energy merge into your heart center with the infinity and let it spread out and anchor you to the very present moment,
The Mother Earth and Father Sky.
Let the source energy flow through you into every cell of your body.
See or sense the light spreading fully into all these chakras and then let the source energy flow through the ley lines to the pyramid and sense it lightening them up and energizing them.
Feel the connections to the stairs,
Feel the connections to the stars being re-established.
See Mother Earth receiving the pure energy and healing herself totally.
Hear both the golden lights travelling through your lower chakras and golden light from your higher chakras merge and spread into all your bodies and aura.
Now you are totally immersed and so in this healing golden light.
Thank source for all you have received and feel that energy vibe around you.
Now gently breathing in,
Relaxing and gently coming into your consciousness,
Into the presence of your room.
