Position, Lying down or sitting up, Take a moment to close your eyes, Connect with your breath, And with each exhale, Sink a little deeper into the support beneath you, Feeling the places where your body is supported, Your legs, Your back, Shoulder blades, Arms, Neck, And head, And with each exhale, Sink a little deeper, Feel a little more supported. Now begin to visualize your root chakra, The base of your spine, Maybe placing your hands in this area, Connecting with it, Notice how it feels, And say to yourself or out loud, I release any cords attached to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. I release any cords that are connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. Breathe in, Send your breath to the root chakra, Visualize it coming there, And with a pulling motion of your hands like you're grabbing a rope, Just pull away from this energy center a few times, And as you do that, Click your wrist, Release, Release, Release. Breathe in again, And one more time say, I release any cords connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. Your sacral chakra below the navel, And this is a common chakra for cords to be connected because this is the source of our creative and life force energy, And if any beings consciously or unconsciously want to be a part of that, They may attach a cord here knowingly or unknowingly. So placing your hands here, We will say again, I release any cords connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free, And remind yourself that you are safe, That you are fluid, You are creative. So come to do that pulling motion from this energy center, Clearing it, And once again, Repeating, I release any cords attached to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. These cords could be attached by beings that are here from past lives, Family, Friends. We're clearing this so that all you do, All you say, And all you think are true and are connected to God, To the solar plexus above the navel, The source of our inner fire, Our digestion. Placing the hands there and saying, I release any cords that are connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free, And then repeat any pulling motion to release this center. I release any cords that are connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. Now move to your heart. Placing the hands there and saying, I release any cords that are connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. Breathe into the heart here. Repeat the pulling motion, Releasing any connections to this energy center. Breathing in again. I release any cords that are connected to this energy center so that I can be sovereign and free. Release, Release, Release. Now come to your throat. If you feel that anybody has ever told you what to say, How to say it, Their thought forms have made an impression on you so that you change what you say. We'll be releasing those cords. Inhale. For the crown and for the third eye, You can place your hands around your head or just rest them and imagine your focus being here. Visualize these two energy centers together and we're going to say a different affirmation this time. These two centers are where you can open up fully to source and channel infinite wisdom and love through your body, Speech, And mind. Now check back in with your body and notice if there's any other places that feel like there could be any more attachments and release them. Release any attachments to any other beings other than yourself and God. As we begin the sound bath, You can sink deeper into your body and allow yourself to release and relax knowing that you are more clear and less controlled by any psychic energies or etheric cords. Begin by taking some deeper breaths. If you move too much, Notice how your body feels. Notice any sensations that have shifted. Maybe an area of you feels more soft. Maybe it's brought your awareness to a place where there's tightness. If you have any emotions associated with these feelings, What are they? Are there any emotions that you want to imprint on your system right now while it's more open? Gratitude? Joy? Peace? Stillness? Clarity? Awareness? Love? Connection? Any feelings like these that you want to imprint in your system? Hold in your heart what it feels like. Take a breath in. Hold it in your heart and what is that feeling that you want to hold on to and program into your nervous system? What is that feeling? What does it feel like right now? And ask to imprint it. Ask to remember it. As your body's in this open state, Use it as an opportunity to replace programming with something supportive. And as you are lying here, Feeling this, Take a few more moments to really solidify this frequency. What does it feel like in your hands, Your legs, Your torso, Your head, Your neck, Your fingertips, Your toes? What does this feel like? When you feel like you have strong programming and you input what you want to input, Then you can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Breathe a little more deeply and bring in some movement.
