This meditation is designed to merge our spirit with our physical body and centre them in physical space. Your attention is brought to details of your physical body at first and then to the energy body. The ending is a visualization of your present state.

Transcript

This is a meditation for centering and take a comfortable position you can lie down you can sit stand up or even take a walk while we are going into these tools for centering so take a deep breath in to the belly and chest and really get centering into the body become as aware of your body as you can notice the contact surface with anything else if you're lying down then you have contact surface on the back if you're standing up then you have contact surface on the floor and focus in on a body part of your choice take something that you haven't had much attention on lately maybe and use as much of your focus as possible to sense and feel as many details as possible about this body part and now move your attention to your tailbone and move your senses up along the spine all the way up to the neck and the back of your head just observe and do not judge if it's something you can't feel or you feel frustrated and if you judge then just observe your judgment remove our attention to the heart and find the heartbeat if you cannot feel your heartbeat you can move your hand on top of the heart so you become aware of the pulse of your body the clock of your body now notice any smells in the room where you are if you can identify some of them and where they come from the taste in your mouth and any sounds in your room or outside your room or maybe

The last bit of where you’re asked to imagine walking and the interpretation of that got me emotional. Don’t know why, didn’t ask why. Just observing. Thank you. Enjoyed it very much.
