This 10-minute meditation helps heal and balance your crown chakra. Sit comfortably in a quiet place breathe slowly as you breathe let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch and let them rest on your knees. Concentrate on your crown chakra at the center top of your head. Visualize a bright violet light there and as you exhale all thoughts radiate out of your mind making it light, free, and calm.
