Freedom Dance | 16 Minutes
This dance meditation invites you to move freely, feeling the ground, your body, and your heart. It starts gently and intensifies gradually until it reaches a calm space before the end. The meditation can be done anytime during the day when you need a break ... although probably not before bedtime. If you do it first thing in the morning, you will start your day with openness and positive energy, perhaps even an open heart.
