Welcome.

We'll use the next few minutes together to take a break from the busyness of everyday life.

We'll take a small vacation from this never-ending swirl of thoughts and emotions,

Plans and anticipations,

And whatever is constantly going on in our head.

So for this,

Just make sure you're in a comfortable position.

If you need to correct something to be able to sit or lie down for a few minutes,

Then just make sure you do that.

If you prefer to have your eyes closed,

You can do that.

And then take a few deep breaths.

It's not to force it,

But it's good to let the exhalation be an invitation to relax even further.

And then allow yourself to take one minute,

Just one minute,

Where you're allowed to do nothing at all.

To not do anything,

Not connect with anyone,

Don't have to plan anything or remember or deal with anything.

Just the minutes where you don't have to change or improve anything at all.

That way you have to do nothing,

Nothing at all.

Just leave everything to itself,

Let everything be just as it is and relax.

And again if it's possible,

See if you can relax even deeper with the exhalations and gently check if there are any tension around the jaws,

Around the eyes,

The whole face,

Shoulders,

Stomach,

The whole body,

Whatever there is,

It can be there,

It can let go.

Just relax and remember just for this short session you are allowed to not do anything at all.

Just relax,

Let everything be,

Everything be exactly as it is right now,

Thoughts,

The worries,

The emotions,

Just let it all be.

Just for a few moments,

Don't give any attention to them,

They can be there or not,

But instead feel into the calmness or give space to the calmness that occurs when you simply relax and do nothing.

Allow that calmness,

Allow that calmness to be spacious and let it fill out your body,

Fill out the whole world.

Yes,

Just let everything go.

Now in a little while you'll have to return to your day,

Perhaps you'll engage in work or have to relate to others,

So just take another deep breath and then gently start to move your hands,

Fingers,

Move your feet,

Toes.

If you had your eyes closed,

Prepare to open them,

Maybe stretch a bit,

And try to feel if you can bring some of this experienced calmness that you felt when you just relaxed and let everything be,

See if you can bring some of that along with you into your day.

Thank you.
