What came to mind when I listened to this piece was a dinner party. Writing the invitations, setting the table, letting in the guests. As the music flows, these VIP’s present themselves as all the parts of loss. Slowly the host gives every part, the time they need, and as one they heal. This song reminded me of the process of grief and how you should invite it to the table, make friends with it, and then you can heal. Thank you for helping me lean in a little more today!
