Oh my gosh, I LOVED this. I don’t read about the music I pick until after I listen, I usually pick by a time, and allow my mind to go where it wants. I’m not sure where this seven minutes went. So grounding. In my mind’s eye, I was in the woods, moving with a purpose, but not stressed in the least. I think frolicking would may be a better word. I am meditating outside this morning and I actually have a loud bird that was pretty much keeping time with the music, as he (she?) is talking (it’s not really a singing, it’s more a talk, I am a tad strange), which added to the sensation of your music. Lovely combination of sounds for my inner being for sure. Thank you so much for sharing this and starting my day off right!
