Bring your attention to the present moment,
Letting go of any attachment to distractions or thoughts that may arise,
Allowing yourself to truly be here now.
As the sounds begin to fill your space,
Let your focus rest on the vibrations and tones of the monochord.
Allow the sound to wash over you,
Penetrating your mind and body.
Feel the vibrations permeate your being,
Creating a sense of harmony and relaxation.
