This is an english version of my short morning meditation about gratefulness. Its intention is to practice our ability to be grateful and appreciative for the life we live, and whatever fits into it in this moment. By thinking through what we are grateful for we enhance our positive view of the world, making us more at ease with our presence and lets us see the light in the unavoidable darker times. I hope this meditation will be helpful with giving yourself a good start this morning.
