I'm gonna invite you to close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
Allow your body to relax on each exhale.
Feel the tension of your body release from your shoulders,
Releasing your neck,
Your mind,
Your jaw,
Your heart and your chest begins to release tension as well as your belly and your back and your hips,
Your legs.
Imagine yourself surrounded by a soothing light.
This light is the essence of Ho'oponopono,
A healing practice that embraces forgiveness and love and surrendering.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring to mind any fears or anxieties that have been weighing on your heart.
I'm gonna invite you to visualize these fears as dark clouds hovering around you,
Casting a shadow on your life,
On your spirit,
On your way of seeing the world and yourself.
I'm gonna invite you to repeat silently or aloud the four phrases of Ho'oponopono.

Tuning in to your heartbeat and the rhythm of your heart,
The rhythm of your life.
Tuning in to your heart,
How it contracts and expands,
The process of life of contraction and expansion as it's creating life.
On every pulsing,
On every pulse it creates music,
The music of your life.
Your heart is open,
Ready to embrace peace.
Thanking the energy of the clouds and fear for protecting you.
Embracing yourself in love and peace,
Knowing you are safe in this moment.
Take a moment to breathe into this newfound peace.
Sense of freedom and tranquility.
Know that you can return to this practice whenever you feel the need to reset.

Looking down to the floor and one step at a time raising your eyesight towards the horizon.
Keeping a gentle sight,
A soft gaze,
