Meditation Timer OnlineLiz is a mother, yoga instructor and postpartum doula. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and continues to study and practice extensively. Liz has been a student and practitioner of Zen Buddhism in the Soto school for 7 years and has a regular daily sitting practice. She continues formal study under the guidance of her teacher. Liz’s holistic approach to postpartum care is deeply influenced by her own life experiences and embodied knowledge of mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda, TCM, plant and food as medicine. She weaves both modern and traditional postpartum care practices to deeply nurture, nourish and restore mothers.
