She is the creator of the B.A.L.A.N.C.E approach to mindfulness for educators and understands the importance of self-care. Her approach combines her extensive teaching background with her mindfulness training, and creates a supportive environment where educators can thrive. Through workshops and training sessions, she inspires others to cultivate mindfulness practices that enhance personal and professional growth.
